Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods or promotional launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service conditions.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home, unless you request signature on delivery.
House of Matcha is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by Australia Post but are lost or stolen after delivery.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
House of Matcha beverages are shelf stable and safe to consume. However, during warmer months, parcels may be exposed to heat during transit.
We recommend refrigerating your cans upon arrival for the best taste experience.
